The Designer

Creativity is defined only by the bounds we set to ourselves…

Nika aims to supply life to wearable objects d’artes that leave a long-lasting impression and accentuate a woman’s innate elegance as paying careful attention to detail. Dedicated and creative with a Bachelor in Business Administration and two successful years at Fashion Workshop’s Mod ‘Art International School, gaining her scholarship to continue her studies in Fashion, Luxury and Art de Vivre in Paris, Nika’s revolutionizing view of the quality approach to style, attempts to empower women to shape the art of dressing by their own rules. Fancy and Cool are standards set altogether in her creations that forge a timeless addition to the wardrobe.

After studies, she started working close to Stelios Koudounaris and his designing team, as she got the opportunity to have an intro from the best on how to work a collection, following her assistance in many fashion shows such as Jean-Paul Gautier, Vasilis Zoulias, MI-RO designers, Yiorgos Eleftheriades, etc.

Her first collection called “Simplify’’ was released on Fall Winter 2017. The dominant elements were plexiglass and stripes in main color white. Within this context, she was the creator of the material, patterns and fabric’s textiles.

She had the honor to feature her work in British Vogue‘s Designer Profile as a designer to watch for 3 issues. Her following collections were fostering a culture of continuous reinvention that she aspires to, as she tries to provide an aesthetic that ignites and engages the mind. That was the intuitive to participate as a fashion and creation tutor at MyPlayce and be part of a prerequisite for the healthy development of children’s creativity and knowledge in fashion.

She then decides to open her first showroom in the center of Athens, where her main goal is to create something very special for everyone to relax and enjoy whilst being inspired, on so many different levels. As she states: “Something I will see in my daily life or something I might read, can affect me in the creation of an entire collection”.
