Our COMPANY supporting e-commerce gives you the chance, through the fullness of the descriptions of which we post on our pages, to enjoy the privilege of direct contact with the products available from your computer screen quickly and easily. Wanting to highlight the benefits of using the internet on our everyday shopping below, we provide the terms and conditions for returning defective or non-defective products.

Product returns due to delivery error

In all cases where other than sold products are delivered, by type or quantity, or missing property previously agreed in writing with the COMPANY, the customer returns the products to be checked and find the error. In this case the costs of returning the products to the company as well as the costs of returning to the customer will be paid by the COMPANY as long as the return method is the one the company suggested.

Product Change Process

If you change your mind, you can make a change strictly within 5 business days of receiving your order (no refunds are made). At the end of this period, no changes will be accepted. (Discount products can not be changed)

  1. Make sure the product is in its original state (without any signs of wear or tear)
  2. Please inform us by e-mail at info@nika.shop that you are going to return the product to help you choose something else of equal or greater value (if available) and we will wait for your parcel to be returned.
  3. Return and change costs will NOT burden the company. Once the parcel has been shipped, you immediately send us the ACS shipping number (necessary in order to hold the new product you have chosen). If the new product you selected is exhausted before you send us the shipping number we DO NOT take responsibility and you should choose another product.
  4. Go to ACS COURIER in your area and send the parcel in its original packaging with the following info:

CAUTION: Until the product arrives at us, it is at your own risk, so it is important to ensure that it is safely carried in order to avoid any damage or loss and therefore a failure to change it.

What happens next

Your return will be accepted within 3 business days of the date the parcel reached our warehouses. Immediately afterwards, we will pack your new parcel and send it to you. As all products pass quality control right before they are sent to you, please understand that returned products with defects or signs of use will NOT be accepted and sent back to the customer at their own expense as they are considered to be used.

* Items that have been damaged as a result of extensive or bad use are not considered defective and the company bares not responsibility.
